What delivery options do you offer?

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days and is usually shipped with UPS Ground shipping.

We do offer expedited as well as next day delivery options at checkout. If you need something by a specific date, please be sure to select express shipping .

How can I track my item?

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking info which can be used to track your order.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update once your tracking number has been provided.

If you don’t see an email, first check spam. Still not? Contact us and we’ll track your package for you.

Return & Exchange policy

We hope you love your new purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item within 20 days for a store credit.

If your item arrived damaged, please email info@feldart.com

NOTE: All returns need to be approved with an RMA beforehand or it will not be processed. Please email us for an RMA

Items must be unused, with all films and packaging intact, for valid exchanges and returns. Shipping expenses for the return will be borne by the buyer.

Certain items, including custom, seasonal, clearance and discounted items, are not valid for returns.

Can I personalize an item?

Yes, you can make everything personal!

For simple item personalization, you'll find a personalization choice next to the item and you can add it to the order. Please allow an additional 48 hours for your order to be processed.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes, we do!

You can add a gift message as well as add in gorgeous gift wrapping to give your gift the final perfect touch.

All orders arrive without prices on packing slips.

Product care

Lucite: We do not recommend putting your product in the dishwasher. Clean it with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Don’t overdo it on the scrubbing — you don’t want scratched Lucite.

Leather: Wipe down gently with damp cloth.

I’m buying a gift for someone. Can they exchange the item if they’d like to?

Yes! With our experienced in-house graphic design team, we can design anything (even something not on the site!) to fit your needs and budget. Even better, you don’t have to wait ages — we can mass produce any quantity within a relatively short amount of time.
